Tell us what
you want built.
A rough idea is enough to start with. If it turns out we are not the right firm for the job we will say so, which is a better outcome for both of us than finding out in month two.
Two mobiles, because one of us is usually up a ladder. If neither answers, leave it ringing once and try the other.
Mail lands in the same place the form does. Photographs of the room help more than anything you could write about it.

That is the registered office, not a showroom — there is nothing there to come and see. Everything starts with a look at your place instead.
What makes a first message useful.
None of it is required. All of it saves a round trip, and any of it lets us give you a straight answer rather than a range.
- What the room or the building is now, and what you want it to be
- Whether you are living there while the work happens
- Any drawings, a plan, or even a photograph of the space
- When you would like it done by, and how firm that date is
- A budget, even a rough one — it changes what we would suggest
You hear back from a person, quickly.
One of us reads it and comes back to you — by email if you sent one, by phone if you would rather. If it is the weekend it may be Monday.
Anything bigger than a repair wants a look in person. It is free, it takes about half an hour, and nothing is expected at the end of it.
Itemised, so you can see where the money goes and change the scope if you need to. Nobody chases you afterwards.
