Built once.
Built right.
IGA IT is a London construction company. Kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and the structure underneath them — done by the same team from the strip-out to the last coat, on one contract, with one person to ring.
Every figure on this site is one somebody can check: Companies House for the first, Checkatrade for the second, and our own paperwork for the other two.
Six trades, one contract, nobody to chase.
Everything below is done by our own people. You are not managing a plumber, a tiler and an electrician who have never met each other, and you are not the one deciding who turns up first.
Kitchens
Taken back to brick and built up again, so the finish has something square to sit on.
What it involvesBathrooms
Waterproofed properly, tiled properly, and signed off before anything is boxed in.
What it involvesExtensions & structural
Rear extensions, openings and the steel that makes them possible.
What it involvesPlumbing, heating & pipework
Re-pipes, boiler moves, radiators and the leak somebody else left behind.
What it involvesStrip-out & demolition
Soft strip, structural take-down, and a site left clean enough to work in.
What it involvesCladding & external works
External finishes, and the detailing that decides whether they last.
What it involvesMost of a good job is the part nobody sees.
Two of three, written the way we would describe them on site: what came out, what went in, and what the customer said afterwards.
BathroomsA bathroom taken back to the joists
A full refurbishment: everything out, the pipework re-run to suit the new layout, the wet areas tanked and pressure-tested before a single board went back on. The tiling was set out from the eye line so the cuts land where nobody looks. The team swept the flat down at the end of every day, which the customer noticed more than any of the rest of it.
See the job
External worksCladding, and the detailing behind it
External work is judged at the junctions — around openings, at the bottom edge, and wherever two materials have to meet and still shed water. Most of the days on this job went into the parts that end up hidden: the battening, the cavity, the drips and stop ends. The visible finish took the least time and is the only part anyone can see.
See the jobThese are jobs the company has done, and the words under them are its customers’ own, published on Checkatrade. Addresses, values and dates are left off on purpose — they belong to the client, not to us. Photography here shows the type and standard of work described rather than the specific job.
All the workThe bit that matters after we leave.
Anybody can finish a room. What separates one builder from another is what happens in the year afterwards, and whether they answer the phone.
Twelve months, in writing
Every job carries a twelve-month warranty from the day it is handed over. If something goes wrong inside that year, we come back and put it right — no argument about whose fault it is, and no invoice for the visit.
Fully insured, both ways
Public liability cover for your property and anyone in it, and employers’ liability for the people on site. We will send the certificates before we start rather than after you ask for them.
One contract, one number
The trades on your job all work for us. You are not managing a plumber, a tiler and an electrician who have never met, and you are not the person deciding who turns up first.
Cleared down every day
Sheeting goes down before anything comes out, and the working area is swept at the end of each day rather than at the end of the week. Most of what people remember about a build is what it was like to live through.
We buy through trade accounts at the merchants below, and the difference between their price and yours shows up on your quote rather than on our margin.
In our customers’ words, not ours.
Every review on this page is published on our Checkatrade profile and quoted exactly as it was written. There are seven of them and they average ten out of ten.
“Ilgar and his team did an amazing job with our bathroom refurb. I’m stunned by the work carried out, for the price the level of professionalism shown is second to none. Ilgar was always available for me when I needed assistance, I loved his patience with me. Also thanks for the workers for cleaning the dust everyday :)”
Bathroom refurbishment“I was very impressed by Vugar and his team. Their quote was competitive, they were reliable and punctual throughout the job, things ran smoothly, and most importantly the end job was excellent and to a very high quality of finish. I’ve already recommended IGA IT LIMITED to a friend whose bathroom fitting his team are doing currently, and would not hesitate to recommend IGA IT LIMITED again in future.”
Cladding works“Vugar and the team helped in fixing the pipework which was problematic. Very quick response and sticking to the schedule, with no extra charged.”

A conversation costs nothing, the visit is free, and the quote is itemised. If it turns out we are not the right firm for the job, we will say so — that is a better outcome for both of us than finding out in month two.
